Both engine houses have had work done to re-bed the masonry on the tops of both buildings. Further work has been undertaken on the vertical winder house in the form of angle corner pieces, and tie-rods at a high level on all corners. The scaffolding on the pump house will be left in position, to act as shoring for the outer walls. Builders  'Acrows' & hard-wood supports have been used on both buildings to support lintels and window arches.
